Change to Individual Working Alone (IWA) Assessment Process
Following the issue of the latest training and assessment material on 6th June 2015, Network Rail have changed the assessment process for the Individual Working Alone (IWA) competence.

The assessments are now required to take place on or near the line on Network Rail infrastructure.

As a sponsor, you are now required to provide a Safe System of Work pack for the assessment to be carried out. Just as you would for a COSS Assessment.

What do our trainees think

OLEC 2, Doncaster

Very well constructed and delivered, outstanding performance on the trainer's part, both in the classroom and out on the track. I would recommend Archie McNeill to anyone who wishes to learn about overheads - a terrific experience.

Lee had an excellent practical and pragmatic approach towards training. I found him to be very knowledgeable, but more importantly he has fantastic knowledge transfer skills.
