Intertrain is UKAS accredited to hold the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Standard and OHSAS 45001 Health & Safety Standard. These three accreditations alone provide assurances to our customers that our internal systems are continually reviewed to the highest of standards within the business world.
In addition, we are proud to hold mandatory railway specific accreditations with RISQS – Five star compliance rating and National Skills Academy for Rail – Overall Gold standard which reviews our; Capacity to Improve, Leadership & Management, Learner Outcomes and Quality of Provision. To attain these very high standards requires a total commitment by all our team within the organisation and each person plays a vital role continuously trying to improve what we do and how we do it.
To support our vocational training department we hold the necessary awarding body accreditations which are reviewed by each establishments own External Quality Assurance team – ensuring that our delivery meets the required standards. To give further confidence to our client base the quality of the information, advice and guidance given to both our external and internal customers – is externally inspected enabling us to hold the Matrix Accreditation which we have successfully maintained since 2014.
