Overview

This course is designed to train persons who are responsible for undertaking this course as part of their duties as a Signal Maintenance Tester on NWR Infrastructure.  It is designed to develop a person's knowledge, understanding and skills of carrying out Signal Maintenance Testing. It is a 10 day course.  Delegates will experience a blend of classroom and practical training in a safe simulated environment. The course is built up of 5 modules and includes SMTH.a Core Skills, SMTH.b Aspect Testing, SMTH.c Points Testing, SMTH.d Cable Function and SMTH.f Diversion of a Circuit.

The Pre-SMTH initial training knowledge test MUST be taken and passed by candidates prior to attending this training
