You have been booked for a Network Rail Medical Assessment and/or Network Rail Drugs and Alcohol Screening.

What You Need to Bring:
- Valid & In-date Photo ID (official document such as a passport or driver's license)
- Sentinel Card

Information You Will Be Asked to Provide:
- Phone number
- Email address
- Home address
- Name and address of your GP and medical surgery
- Details of any current prescriptions

Before the assessment begins, you will be required to complete a medical questionnaire. Please ensure that you declare any current medical conditions, diagnoses, or previous health issues you have recovered from.

The Medical assessment will include a series of non-invasive tests. These are based on pre-determined industry standards and will evaluate the following:
- General health
- Circulatory system
- Coordination
- Visual acuity
- Visual colour deficiency
- Hearing (Audiometry)

The Drug & Alcohol Screening consists of two separate tests designed to ensure your system is free of banned substances:
- Drug Screening: You will be required to provide a urine sample.
- Alcohol Screening: You will be required to provide a breath sample.
