Intertrain suspend all Safetry Critical Training until further notice

Further to our correspondence on Friday 20th March 2020, we have made the difficult decision to suspend all training across all our centres in the UK from the close of business tonight.

This has not been an easy decision however, we want to ensure the safety, protection and the well-being of our staff and customers during the outbreak of COVID-19.

How long will our services be suspended for?

Training courses will be available to book from 1st May 2020. However, we will continue to follow the government’s guidelines and the further deferring of bookings may be required.

Our bookings department will remain open (working from home) to deal with any bookings and enquiries you may have. The team can be contacted as follows:

Dial our office number on 01302 815530, once our welcome message begins enter the extension number you require from the list below

What to do if you have existing bookings between now and the end of April?

We will be contacting all customers who have bookings during this period and offering alternative dates to reschedule. This is going to be a lengthy process and we will appreciate your patience during this busy time.

We highly recommend you do reschedule as we are expecting to be extremely busy when we return to business as usual.

Are Network Rail extending competence expiry dates or grace periods?

Yes. A communication has been released today which provides confirmation that expiry dates will be extended by 4 months.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and look forward to working with you in the future.

Yours sincerely,

Very well constructed and delivered, outstanding performance on the trainer's part, both in the classroom and out on the track. I would recommend Archie McNeill to anyone who wishes to learn about overheads - a terrific experience.

Zain Ahmad, Coyle

Lee had an excellent practical and pragmatic approach towards training. I found him to be very knowledgeable, but more importantly he has fantastic knowledge transfer skills.
